HEDELIUS Maschinenfabrik of Meppen, Germany, has developed and produced CNC machining centres since 1967, for single parts and small to medium series in machine, vehicle and tool construction. Its range consists of three lines: ACURA 5-axis machines with a rotating/swivelling table, TILTENTA 4-/5-axis travelling column machines with a swivelling main spindle and integrated NC rotary table, and FORTE 3-axis travelling column machines with fixed tables up to 6,200 mm of X travel. The company also supplies its own MARATHON pallet automation for these machines.
