Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Dener XL 26100 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Dener XL 26100 is where the Smart XL range changes frame. It is a 100 ton hydraulic press brake with a 2,600 mm (102.4 in) bending length, and compared with the XL 1560 and XL 2060 below it nearly every dimension steps up: stroke 300 mm, daylight 530 mm, throat depth 450 mm. The series equipment list still describes an X, R backgauge, an ESA 640 2D control and manual crowning of the lower table as the standard build.
Those three figures decide what tooling fits. A 530 mm opening takes taller punches and gooseneck tools than the small frame allows, and 300 mm of stroke lets a box flange clear the punch on the way out. Between the side frames there are 2,150 mm.
Power rises to an 11 kW (14.8 hp) main motor with a 190 lt oil tank. The ram gives up a little pace for it: 160 mm/sec approach, 10 mm/sec bending, 150 mm/sec return.
At 7,700 kg (16,975 lb) the machine is far heavier than the XL 2060, so foundation and rigging need a fresh look. If the parts regularly reach three metres, the XL 30100 carries the same force and the same opening on a 3,020 mm bed.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 100 ton on a 2,600 mm bed, a strong force-to-length ratio for the series
- 530 mm daylight and 300 mm stroke for taller tooling
- 450 mm throat depth, deeper than on the two smallest XL models
- Return speed of 150 mm/sec keeps the cycle short
- 11 kW (14.8 hp) main motor with a 190 lt tank
Limitations
- Bending length stops at 2,600 mm, short of a standard three-metre sheet
- Weighs 7,700 kg (16,975 lb), well above the XL 2060 at 4,900 kg
- Standard crowning is manual

Frequently Asked Questions
01
100 ton over a bending length of 2,600 mm (102.4 in). The side frames are 2,150 mm apart and the throat depth is 450 mm.
02
Daylight is 530 mm and the stroke is 300 mm. Both are larger than on the XL 2060, which is the main practical gain of this frame besides force.
03
The table lists an 11 kW (14.8 hp) main motor. It does not state voltage or connected load, so those should be confirmed with Dener before installation. The oil tank holds 190 lt.
04
Length is 3,320 mm, width 2,260 mm including the front supports and 1,710 mm without them, and maximum height 2,780 mm. Weight is 7,700 kg (16,975 lb).
