Overview
The Dener XL 36175 is a 175 ton hydraulic press brake with a 3,650 mm (143.7 in) bending length, one of two Smart XL models built on this in-between bed. The length is the point: 3,100 mm between the side frames means a full three-metre sheet passes through the machine instead of resting in the throat.
That changes how long parts are handled. On the XL 30175, with 2,555 mm between the frames, a three-metre panel with a deep flange has to be worked within 450 mm of throat. Here it can be pushed straight back to the gauge.
Everything else matches the 175 ton three-metre model. The stroke is 350 mm and daylight 600 mm. The ram approaches at 150 mm/sec and returns at 130 mm/sec. A 22 kW (29.5 hp) motor draws from a 300 lt tank.
