Overview
The longest 2,200 kN press brake in LVD's adaptive series, with the tall build: the LVD Easy-Form 220/61 Plus has a 6,100 mm (240.2 in) working length, 570 mm (22.4 in) of open height and a 300 mm (11.8 in) stroke.
Long and deep parts in thin material are its field. A six-metre gutter, a deep roof purlin or a tall-sided trough is light to bend but awkward to clear: the legs rise past the punch holder as the last bends are made. On the standard Easy-Form 220/61, with 400 mm between table and ram, those shapes run out of room. Here they have it.
The table is the 200 mm (7.9 in) type, rated at 2,500 kN/m. Working height is 1,055 mm (41.5 in), so loading by hand at the front is a reach; parts of this length are normally brought in on supports or by crane anyway. Between the uprights there are 5,050 mm (198.8 in).
