Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Dener XL 2060 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
Sixty ton across 2,050 mm (80.7 in): the Dener XL 2060 takes the smallest frame of the Smart XL hydraulic press brakes and stretches the bed by half a metre. Against the XL 1560 everything except the length is unchanged. Same 7.5 kW (10.1 hp) motor, same 100 lt tank, same ram.
That ram is quick. Approach is 180 mm/sec, return 160 mm/sec and bending 10 mm/sec. Longer and heavier XL models slow down step by step, so for light-gauge panels around two metres this size has the shortest cycle Dener offers in the series.
What the extra length costs is force per metre. 60 ton spread over 2,050 mm suits thin sheet; a shop that bends thicker material at full length should look at the XL 26100, which brings 100 ton and a 300 mm stroke. Here the stroke is 220 mm, daylight is 410 mm and the throat is 400 mm deep. There are 1,650 mm between the side frames.
The machine weighs 4,900 kg (10,802 lb) and is 2,845 mm long. The standard build has X and R backgauge axes, an ESA 640 2D control and manual crowning, on an St-44 monoblock steel frame.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 2,050 mm bending length on a machine of only 4,900 kg (10,802 lb)
- 180 mm/sec approach and 160 mm/sec return, the top ram speeds of the XL table
- 1,650 mm between the side frames for panels fed through the machine
- Runs on a 7.5 kW (10.1 hp) main motor
Limitations
- 60 ton over 2,050 mm is a thin-sheet rating
- Stroke of 220 mm and daylight of 410 mm limit tall tooling
- Throat depth is 400 mm, less than the larger XL frames

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Only in length and what follows from it. The XL 2060 bends 2,050 mm against the 1,550 mm of the XL 1560, has 1,650 mm between the side frames and weighs 4,900 kg. Force, speeds, stroke, daylight, motor and oil tank are the same.
02
Stroke is 220 mm, daylight is 410 mm and the throat depth is 400 mm. Check punch height, die height and the flange you need to clear against the 410 mm figure.
03
The table gives a capacity of 60 ton over 2,050 mm and nothing about sheet thickness. Work the required force out from material, thickness and die opening, and compare it with 60 ton before choosing this size.
04
X and R axes are standard. Dener lists X R Z1 Z2, X1 X2 R Z1 Z2 and six-axis ATF or bar type backgauges as optional equipment for the XL series.
