Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Dener DDS-2060 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Dener DDS-2060 is the smallest press brake Dener builds. Its ball screw drive delivers 20 ton over a bending length of 600 mm (23.6 in), from a single 3.8 kW motor.
Everything about it is sized for bench-scale parts. Weight is 1,700 kg (3,748 lb). Width is 1,410 mm. A part longer than 600 mm does not fit, so the question for a buyer is simply whether the product range stays inside that limit. If it does, the short bed keeps the operator close to the tooling and the backgauge.
In motion it matches the rest of the DDS line: 120 mm/sec approach, 20 mm/sec bending, 120 mm/sec return, over a 150 mm maximum stroke. Daylight is 375 mm.
The list of standard equipment is not cut down for the small size. Dener includes Y1, Y2, X and R axes, the ESA S 640 control with automatic bend sequence calculation for STEP and DXF files, side and rear safety guards, and a foot pedal with emergency stop.
Power comes from a 380 V three-phase supply. Overall length is 1,280 mm and height 2,190 mm, the same as on the DDS-2090, which has a 900 mm bed.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Smallest footprint in the range at 1,280 mm by 1,410 mm
- Weighs only 1,700 kg (3,748 lb)
- 20 ton on a 600 mm bed, a high force for the length
- Full four-axis CNC specification as standard
Limitations
- Nothing longer than 600 mm can be bent
- Maximum stroke of only 150 mm
- Daylight of 375 mm restricts tool height

Frequently Asked Questions
01
20 ton across a bending length of 600 mm (23.6 in). The maximum stroke is 150 mm and the daylight 375 mm, driven by one 3.8 kW motor.
02
Yes. Standard equipment includes four axes (Y1, Y2, X, R), an ESA S 640 control unit and a DSP front laser safety system, the same list as for the larger DDS models.
03
1,700 kg (3,748 lb). It is 1,280 mm long, 1,410 mm wide and 2,190 mm high, so it can go into small rooms that a standard brake cannot enter.
04
One 3.8 kW motor drives the ram. Dener states 40% lower energy consumption than hydraulic presses for its ball screw press brakes.
