F. Zimmermann GmbH is a family-run German machine builder based in Neuhausen a.d.F., founded in 1933 and a specialist in portal milling machines since the 1990s. It builds modular 5-axis gantry machines in the FZP, FZU and FZG lines and FZH horizontal machining centers, together with its own milling heads, for model and mold making, aerospace and automotive work. A US subsidiary, Zimmermann Inc., operates in Wixom, Michigan.
