Overview
One metre of turning diameter and a geared spindle: the Accuway UV-100E is the large turret-type vertical turning center in the range. Maximum turning diameter is 1,000 mm (39.4 in), swing over bed is 1,100 mm (43.3 in) and turning length is 700 mm (27.6 in).
The drive is what separates it from the UV-75E. The spindle drive system reads 2-step gearbox + Belt, on an A2-15 nose, with a top speed of 1,200 rpm. Motor power is 30/37 kW (40.2/49.6 hp), continuous and 30 min, and the table brackets two larger ratings after it: 37/45 and 45/55 kW. The options list names one of them directly, a spindle power upgrade to 45/55 kW.
