Overview
The Vision Wide SF-4123 is the 4 m member of the floor-standing changer group with the narrower table: 4,100 mm (161.4 in) of X, 2,300 mm (90.6 in) of Y and a 4,000x1,500 mm (157.5x59.1 in) table for 12,000 kg (26,455 lb).
Both horizontal axes are at their slowest here. The rapid traverse row gives X/Y/Z：18/20/15 m/min, where the SF-3123 lists 24 m/min for X. No axis here matches the 24 m/min X rapid of the SF-3123, so this is the configuration least suited to work measured in traverse time.
What it offers in return is reach on a long, heavy part. Think of a machine bed or a press frame: 4 m long, narrow, needing its top and both long sides machined with their mounting faces square to each other. With 2,300 mm of Y the head can pass either edge of the 1,500 mm wide table, and the box way Z axis and geared spindle are built for the face mills such parts need.
Spindle power is 18.5/22 kW (24.8/29.5 hp) at up to 6,000 rpm. A 32 tool floor-standing changer is the listed standard, and the 40 tool version is an option.
