Price estimate
We do not have a price for the LVD Easy-Form 110/30 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The three-metre Easy-Form range opens with the LVD Easy-Form 110/30: 1,100 kN, a 3,050 mm (120.1 in) working length and a hydraulic pressure of 245 bar, the lowest figure in the series table.
Compared with the two-metre class the whole installation moves up a step. The motor is 22 kW, the tank 250 L and the weight 9,500 kg (20,944 lb). Approach speed rises too, to 180 mm/s, with the working speed at 22 mm/s and the return at 200 mm/s. The Easy-Form 80/25 below it approaches at 160 mm/s.
Geometry is the Easy-Form standard: 2,600 mm (102.4 in) between the uprights, a 400 mm (15.7 in) gap, 200 mm (7.9 in) of stroke and 400 mm of open height on a 120 mm (4.7 in) table. LVD supplies other stroke and daylight combinations in 100 mm steps.
Who buys 1,100 kN on three metres? Shops whose three-metre work is thin. Stainless cladding, light steel panels and aluminium trays seldom need more, and such parts are where the series' laser angle measurement pays, because their springback is the least predictable. Within LVD's range the PPED 135/30 covers the same length with more force, but works at 10 mm/s and has no adaptive system.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 3,050 mm (120.1 in) working length with 180 mm/s approach
- 22 mm/s working speed, against 10 mm/s on the PPED 135/30
- 9,500 kg (20,944 lb) for a three-metre machine
- Easy-Form Laser, CNC crowning and 19-inch Touch-B control
- Side-frame gap of 400 mm (15.7 in) for parts longer than the frame opening
Limitations
- 1,100 kN is the lowest force offered at 3,050 mm
- 22 kW motor and 250 L tank, larger than on the Easy-Form 80/25 with its 15 kW and 125 L
- 2,600 mm (102.4 in) between the uprights
- 200 mm (7.9 in) stroke as listed

Frequently Asked Questions
01
LVD lists 245 bar for the 1,100 kN models, including the Easy-Form 110/40. The 800 kN machines such as the Easy-Form 80/25 are listed at 290 bar. The page does not comment on the difference.
02
The PPED 135/30 has 1,350 kN and a 500 mm open height but approaches at 90 mm/s, works at 10 mm/s and has a 1,000 kN/m table. This Easy-Form has 1,100 kN, 180 mm/s, 22 mm/s and a 2,000 kN/m table, plus laser angle correction.
03
The 19-inch Touch-B touch screen. LVD says it is easy to understand and shortens the time from drawing to part. The CADMAN suite adds bend programming, drawing import and job tracking with an ERP connection.
04
Yes. The Easy-Form 110/40 has a 4,000 mm working length and the Easy-Form 110/42 has 4,270 mm, both with 1,100 kN and the same motor, tank and speeds.
