Price estimate
We do not have a price for the LVD Easy-Form 80/25 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The LVD Easy-Form 80/25 stretches LVD's 800 kN adaptive press brake to a 2,500 mm (98.4 in) working length. It is the longest bed the series offers at this force.
Longer bed, same push. On a full-width bend the 800 kN is shared across more material than on the shorter models, which makes this a thin-sheet machine when used at full length: panels, doors, ducting, shelving. Shorter parts in thicker gauge still get everything the cylinders have.
There is a reason to want adaptive bending on exactly this kind of work. Thin sheet from coil varies, and long light bends show an angle error along a whole edge where a short bracket would hide it. The Easy-Form Laser system measures the angle and corrects the punch depth during the stroke. LVD's crowning, made for each machine, keeps ram and table parallel so the correction holds along the length.
Between the uprights there are 2,050 mm (80.7 in); the gap is 400 mm (15.7 in). The machine weighs 6,500 kg (14,330 lb), with a 15 kW motor, 125 L of oil and speeds of 160, 22 and 200 mm/s for approach, working and return. Stepping up to the Easy-Form 110/30 brings 1,100 kN and 3,050 mm, a 22 kW motor and 9,500 kg.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 2,500 mm (98.4 in) bed for standard sheet at 6,500 kg (14,330 lb)
- Real-time angle correction suited to long bends in variable thin sheet
- Custom-made CNC crowning keeps ram and table parallel
- 15 kW motor with LVD's flow-regulating pump
- Ram returns at 200 mm/s between bends
Limitations
- 800 kN spread over 2,500 mm leaves little for thick material at full length
- 2,050 mm (80.7 in) between uprights
- Front supports and sheet followers for long blanks are options
- 400 mm (15.7 in) open height as listed

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Size and mass. The Easy-Form 110/30 has 1,100 kN over 3,050 mm but weighs 9,500 kg and uses a 22 kW motor and 250 L of oil. The 80/25 column lists 6,500 kg, 15 kW and 125 L. If parts never exceed 2,500 mm in thin sheet, the smaller machine does the job.
02
CNC crowning appears among the Easy-Form highlights. LVD says the system is custom-made, engineered and machined for the individual press brake, so that ram and table stay parallel during bending.
03
As options, LVD lists front supports on guide rails that slide along the bending line and two programmable sheet followers that stay in contact with the plate during the bend to prevent sagging.
04
A closed, welded steel frame, whose rigidity LVD calls crucial for part accuracy. Linear encoders are connected so that frame deformation under load does not affect the measured ram position.
