Price estimate
We do not have a price for the LVD Easy-Form 110/40 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
A four-metre press brake that weighs 11,000 kg (24,250 lb) is a light one, and the LVD Easy-Form 110/40 is built that way on purpose. It spans 4,000 mm (157.5 in) with 1,100 kN, the lowest force LVD lists at this length in the Easy-Form series.
The arithmetic is plain: the force of the three-metre model serves a bed about a metre longer. This is a machine for long, light parts. Facade cassettes, lighting channels, lift panels and long covers are typical, usually in thin steel, stainless or aluminium.
Such parts have two problems, and the Easy-Form addresses both in its standard build. One is angle variation along and between sheets, which the laser scanners measure and the control corrects during the stroke. The other is the bow of ram and table over a long bed, which the CNC crowning cancels.
Between the uprights are 3,150 mm (124.0 in). A part using the full length sits in the 400 mm (15.7 in) gap at both ends. Speeds match the shorter 1,100 kN machine: 180 mm/s approach, 22 mm/s working, 200 mm/s return, with 22 kW and a 250 L tank at 245 bar.
If some of the work is heavier, look at the Easy-Form 135/40, which weighs the same 11,000 kg and has the same motor but lists 1,350 kN at 290 bar.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 4,000 mm (157.5 in) bed in an 11,000 kg (24,250 lb) machine
- Keeps the 180 mm/s approach of the three-metre model
- Laser angle measurement and CNC crowning suited to long light bends
- 3,150 mm (124.0 in) between uprights with a 400 mm (15.7 in) gap
- 22 kW motor on LVD's turbo-hydraulic system
Limitations
- 1,100 kN across four metres restricts thickness at full length
- The Easy-Form 135/40 offers 1,350 kN at the same weight
- Open height of 400 mm (15.7 in) in the listed configuration
- Sheet followers are optional

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Long parts that need accuracy more than force. It has 1,100 kN over 4,000 mm (157.5 in), with Easy-Form Laser angle correction and CNC crowning as part of the machine. Thick plate at full length calls for one of the higher-force models.
02
The Easy-Form 135/40 lists 1,350 kN at 290 bar. This machine lists 1,100 kN at 245 bar. Working length, distance between uprights, motor, tank, speeds and the weight of 11,000 kg are the same in both columns.
03
They pass through the gap. The uprights are 3,150 mm (124.0 in) apart, so a 4,000 mm part overhangs them and its flange depth at the ends is limited to 400 mm (15.7 in).
04
LVD lists a robot interface as an option, described as a connection for integrating any model of industrial robot now or in the future.
