Price estimate
We do not have a price for the HOLZ-HER DYNESTIC 7535 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The HOLZ-HER DYNESTIC 7535 puts a 5-axis cutting head over a nesting table. It is the flagship of the DYNESTIC line, with a 2,200 mm (86.6 in) Y dimension and X of 3,700 mm (145.7 in), 4,600 mm (181.1 in) or 6,250 mm (246.1 in) in the 12.7, 15.7 and 20.7 sizes, so sheet nesting and three-dimensional work on doors or stair parts share one machine.
The head is gimbal-mounted and liquid-cooled, rated 10 kW (13.4 hp) from 1,000 to 24,000 rpm. Options are a 12 kW (16.1 hp) spindle and a 17 kW (22.8 hp) PRO-TORQUE spindle with controlled axis locking. Z travel is 565 mm (22.2 in), the same figure as on the EPICON 7135 console-table machine. Machining height depends on the version: 300 mm (11.8 in) from the top of the table on the classic and 250 mm (9.8 in) on push, automatic and lift, in each case not counting the wear plate.
At 128 m/min the vector speed is the highest in the DYNESTIC tables; the DYNESTIC 7507 is listed at 100 m/min. A 500 m³/h dry-running pump feeds the high-flow table, and a 16-field software-controlled vacuum table is optional. HOLZ-HER also mentions double-acting suction pads for clamping doors and staircase components, which is how parts other than flat sheets are held for the 5-axis head.
Drilling is by a 16-spindle head (10 vertical, 6 horizontal) with a sawing unit in X and a pressure booster as standard. A 24-spindle head is optional. The 14-position pick-up tool changer can be replaced by an 18-position traveling disk changer. As on the DYNESTIC 7532, the push, automatic and lift versions add discharge and charging equipment around the same machine.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Gimbal-mounted 5-axis head of 10 kW (13.4 hp) over a full nesting table
- Vector speed of 128 m/min
- 565 mm (22.2 in) of Z travel and up to 300 mm (11.8 in) of machining height on the classic version
- A 16-spindle drilling head with pressure booster is standard
- X lengths up to 6,250 mm (246.1 in); HOLZ-HER notes that lengths greater than 6 meters can be processed
Limitations
- Machining height drops to 250 mm (9.8 in) on the push, automatic and lift versions
- Standard spindle power is 10 kW (13.4 hp), below the 13 kW (17.4 hp) head of the EPICON 7135; the 17 kW (22.8 hp) PRO-TORQUE spindle is an option
- The 16-field vacuum table and additional vacuum pumps are options
- The BetterNest nesting software is optional and not part of the machine license package

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The cutter unit. The DYNESTIC 7535 has a gimbal-mounted, liquid-cooled 5-axis head rated 10 kW (13.4 hp), with 565 mm (22.2 in) of Z travel. The DYNESTIC 7532 has a conventional 8 kW (10.7 hp) air-cooled spindle. Both have a 14-position pick-up tool changer and the same classic, push, automatic and lift versions.
02
On the classic version the maximum machining height in Z is 300 mm (11.8 in) from the top of the table, not including the wear plate. On the push, automatic and lift versions it is 250 mm (9.8 in). Maximum travel in Z is 565 mm (22.2 in) on all of them.
03
The standard is a 10 kW (13.4 hp) liquid-cooled 5-axis head with a 1,000 to 24,000 rpm range. A 12 kW (16.1 hp) liquid-cooled spindle and a 17 kW (22.8 hp) spindle are the options; HOLZ-HER describes the larger one as a PRO-TORQUE spindle with controlled axis locking.
04
HOLZ-HER says so: double-acting suction pads allow doors, staircase components and similar parts to be clamped on the DYNESTIC 7535. For plain sheet work the high-flow nesting table holds the panel directly, with a 16-field software-controlled vacuum table as an option.
