Price estimate
We do not have a price for the HOLZ-HER DYNESTIC 7507 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The HOLZ-HER DYNESTIC 7507 is a nesting CNC machining centre with a 2,200 mm (86.6 in) Y dimension, built for sheet formats that do not fit a narrower table. X is 3,100 mm (122.0 in) or 4,600 mm (181.1 in).
It shares its mechanics with the DYNESTIC 7505, which is 1,580 mm (62.2 in) in Y. What changes with the width is how the vacuum can be managed. Where the smaller machine has an 8-field zoned table as its option, the option here is a 16-field, software-controlled vacuum table, which helps when a part-sheet or offcut covers only a corner of the surface. Standard supply is 2 x 140 m3/h from dry-running pumps integrated in the machine base, with an additional 140 m3/h or 250 m3/h pump on the options list.
HOLZ-HER gives a lot of space to what happens around the cut. TouchTool measures tool length and updates the tool database. TouchProbe measures workpiece length, depth and material thickness. For part tracking there is TouchLabel, where the operator taps a part on the screen to print its barcode label, and Direct Label, a printer unit in the moving column that places labels on the raw sheet before nesting. The LED machine lettering shows status at a glance: green for ready, orange for in operation, red for not ready.
Cutting equipment is that of the entry machines: an 8 kW (10.7 hp) air-cooled spindle as standard, 12 kW (16.1 hp) air-cooled or 10 kW (13.4 hp) liquid cooled options at 1,000 to 24,000 rpm, drilling head L with 14 spindles and a grooving saw, and a 6-position pick-up tool changer in the frame. Vector speed is 100 m/min. The push version adds an automatic discharge pusher and a discharge table with conveyor belt.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 2,200 mm (86.6 in) Y dimension with X of 3,100 mm (122.0 in) or 4,600 mm (181.1 in)
- Optional 16-field vacuum table under software control for partial sheets
- Two 140 m3/h vacuum pumps as standard, with a further 140 m3/h or 250 m3/h pump available
- TouchTool tool length measurement and TouchProbe workpiece measurement are offered for the model

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Machining dimensions are 2,200 mm (86.6 in) in Y and 3,100 mm (122.0 in) or 4,600 mm (181.1 in) in X. It is a high flow nesting table with a continuous vacuum field, and a 16-field, software-controlled vacuum layout is optional.
02
In table size. The DYNESTIC 7507 is 2,200 mm (86.6 in) in Y and up to 4,600 mm (181.1 in) in X; the DYNESTIC 7505 is 1,580 mm (62.2 in) in Y and up to 3,700 mm (145.7 in) in X. The optional zoned vacuum table has 16 fields here and 8 on the smaller machine. Spindles, drilling head, tool changer and the 100 m/min vector speed are the same.
03
Yes, with Direct Label. HOLZ-HER describes it as an industrial printer unit in the moving column that picks up each label on a 90° rotating stamp and places it on the raw sheet before nesting. The simpler TouchLabel system prints a self-adhesive barcode label when the operator taps a part on the screen.
04
The machine lettering is lit by LEDs and shows the operating status. Green means the machine is ready, orange means it is in operation and red means it is not ready, so the state of the machine can be read from across the workshop.
