Overview
The HOLZ-HER DYNESTIC 7532 is the production machine of the DYNESTIC nesting range, sold in four automation levels (classic, push, automatic and lift) and in two table widths. The wider family machines 2,200 mm (86.6 in) in Y with X of 3,700 mm (145.7 in), 4,600 mm (181.1 in) or 6,250 mm (246.1 in). The narrower family machines 1,600 mm (63.0 in) in Y with X of 3,100 mm (122.0 in), 3,700 mm (145.7 in) or 6,250 mm (246.1 in).
The automation level is the real buying decision. Classic is the stand-alone machine with a front row of stops. Push adds an automatic discharge pusher with integrated evacuation and a discharge table with conveyor belt. Automatic puts a charging table with roller and belt conveyors and a pull-in mechanism with lateral positioning ahead of the machine, and HOLZ-HER pairs it with its STORE-MASTER 5110 panel handling system. Lift replaces the charging table with a lifting table with roller conveyors, so a complete stack of panels can be worked off. The automated versions can be built as right-hand machines.
More is standard here than on the DYNESTIC 7505 and DYNESTIC 7507. Hold-down comes from a single 500 m3/h dry-running vacuum pump, where the DYNESTIC 7507 has 2 x 140 m3/h. The pick-up tool changer has 14 positions and a tool cover, and an 18-position traveling disk changer can be ordered in its place for two-field pendulum work. The frame is a welded moving gantry with two synchronized servo drives in X.
The base spindle is 8 kW (10.7 hp), air-cooled, 1,000 to 24,000 rpm. A 12 kW (16.1 hp) air-cooled or 10 kW (13.4 hp) liquid cooled spindle is optional. Drilling head L has 15 spindles (9 vertical, 6 horizontal) and a grooving saw in X. An XL drilling head, an additional grooving saw in Y and a double drilling spindle in Y are on the options list.

- The BetterNest nesting software, rectangular or free-form, is an option on top of the CAMPUS machine licence

A 14-position pick-up tool changer with tool cover is standard. A 1-position X/Y pick-up changer can be added to transfer an angle gear to the spindle, and an 18-position traveling disk tool changer can be ordered instead of the linear changer, which HOLZ-HER recommends for 2-field processing in pendulum mode.

The push, automatic and lift versions can. HOLZ-HER offers all automated variants as right-hand machines, with the production sequence running from right to left, in addition to the usual left-hand layout. The classic version is not listed with this choice.
