Overview
The HOLZ-HER DYNESTIC 7505 is the compact entry to the DYNESTIC nesting line: a gantry CNC machining centre with a flat high flow vacuum table, 1,580 mm (62.2 in) of machining dimension in Y and a choice of 3,100 mm (122.0 in) or 3,700 mm (145.7 in) in X.
In nesting, a full sheet lies on a porous protective panel and is cut into finished parts in one clamping, so the table decides which sheet formats the machine accepts. For sheets wider than 1,580 mm (62.2 in), the DYNESTIC 7507 carries 2,200 mm (86.6 in) in Y on the same equipment list. The table matrix is only 50 mm, which HOLZ-HER says gives maximum vacuum flux over the whole surface. Two 140 m3/h dry-running pumps are housed in the machine base to save floor space.
The standard spindle is an air-cooled 8 kW (10.7 hp) unit. Two alternatives are listed: 12 kW (16.1 hp) air-cooled or 10 kW (13.4 hp) liquid cooled, each running 1,000 to 24,000 rpm. Cabinet drilling is handled by drilling head L with 14 spindles (10 vertical, 4 horizontal) and a grooving saw in X; the XL head with 24 spindles is the upgrade. Tools sit in a 6-position pick-up changer built into the machine frame, expandable up to 12 changing stations.
There are two versions. The classic has no automation components and is loaded and cleared by hand. The push version adds an automatic discharge pusher with integrated evacuation and a discharge table with conveyor belt, so the finished nest is pushed off and the table cleaned for the next sheet.
