How much does the Haco HFL 6020 CEG cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Haco HFL 6020 CEG that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
At the top of the combi line, the Haco HFL 6020 CEG pairs a long flatbed with a tube station. Sheet travels are 6,030 mm (237.4 in) by 2,020 mm (79.5 in) and the table takes 3.70 tons. Like its smaller siblings it handles tubes up to 200 kg (441 lb) and 200 mm (7.9 in).
One figure sets it apart from the other two CEG machines. Its maximum simultaneous speed is printed as 170 m/min, where the HFL 3015 CEG and HFL 4020 CEG are listed at 150 m/min. Acceleration is the same across all three, 2.0 G on sheet and 1.5 G on tube. Haco does not comment on the difference, and it is worth confirming before it is relied on.
The long bed changes how the flatbed is used more than how the tube station is used. Long plate parts and two sheets end to end are possible, as on the HFL 6020 CE. Against the HFL 6020 CE the combi gives up a little travel in X and Y, and acceleration, which drops from 2.8 G.
The source is 3 kW, 6 kW or 12 kW, with FSCUT6000 and CypCut PRO as the control at 12 kW. Tubes are loaded from the side or top through a sliding door and held by two chucks at the right of the machine. Positioning accuracy is ±0.05 mm/m, repeatability ±0.03 mm/m, Z travel 290 mm (11.4 in). For a structural or vehicle-body shop this covers long panels and the hollow sections that carry them, as long as those sections stay within the 200 mm (7.9 in) limit.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 6,030 mm (237.4 in) of X travel with a tube station on the same machine
- Table load of 3.70 tons, as on the HFL 6020 CE
- Listed at 170 m/min, the highest speed among the CEG models
- Tubes up to 200 kg (441 lb), loaded from the side or the top
- Source up to 12 kW with FSCUT6000 and CypCut PRO
Limitations
- Tube size limit of 200 mm (7.9 in) is small next to a plate bed of this length
- Sheet acceleration of 2.0 G, against 2.8 G on the HFL 6020 CE
- No combi version with the wider bed of the HFL 6025 CE
- Tube acceleration is 1.5 G
