How much does the Haco HFL 3015 CEG cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Haco HFL 3015 CEG that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
Sheet and tube on one machine: the Haco HFL 3015 CEG is a combi laser that adds two chucks to the right side of an enclosed flatbed. Sheet travels are 3,030 mm (119.3 in) by 1,520 mm (59.8 in). Tubes can weigh up to 200 kg (441 lb) and measure up to 200 mm (7.9 in) across, and the source is 3 kW, 6 kW or 12 kW.
Haco describes the CEG as the CE design with the tube station added. The addition costs some dynamics. Maximum simultaneous speed is 150 m/min, and acceleration is 2.0 G on sheet and 1.5 G on tube, where the HFL 3015 CE is listed at 170 m/min and 2.8 G. Table load is unchanged at 1.40 tons, and so are the accuracy figures of ±0.05 mm/m and ±0.03 mm/m.
Tubes are loaded from the side or from the top through a sliding door. Two chucks, which Haco also calls dual mandrels, hold and rotate the tube. The brochure gives the tube size limit as a single figure for diameter or side, so round and square sections have the same limit.
Who is this for? A fabricator whose tube volume does not fill a dedicated tube laser, and who would otherwise saw and drill. One machine then covers brackets from sheet and the frame members they bolt to. The compromise is that only one process runs at a time, and a shop with steady work in both will find the flatbed busy when the tube job arrives. Z travel is 290 mm (11.4 in). The control is FSCUT with CypCut, in the version matched to the source power.

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The brochure lists a maximum tube size of 200 mm (7.9 in), given for diameter or side, and a maximum tube weight of 200 kg (441 lb). The tube is held by two chucks on the right side of the machine.
02
Yes, on paper. The HFL 3015 CEG is listed at 150 m/min and 2.0 G on sheet. The HFL 3015 CE is listed at 170 m/min and 2.8 G. On tube the CEG accelerates at 1.5 G.
03
Through a sliding door that allows loading from the side or from the top. Haco describes this as flexible side or top tube loading.
