How much does the Haco HFL 1510 C cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Haco HFL 1510 C that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Haco HFL 1510 C is the smallest fiber laser in the HFL range: a single-table machine with 1,500 mm (59.1 in) of X travel and 1,000 mm (39.4 in) of Y, offered with a 3 kW or 6 kW source. It is a half-sheet machine. Longer sheets have to be cut down first or go to the HFL 3015 C, which has 3,000 mm (118.1 in) of X travel on the same design.
Space is the reason to choose it. There is one table and no pallet changer, a motorized door at the front, and a sliding table that is loaded from the operator side. Haco points out that the machine can therefore stand in a corner or with its back to a wall. The table carries 0.5 tons.
The motion figures are modest next to the enclosed exchange-table models. Maximum simultaneous speed is 100 m/min with 1.0 G of acceleration, and Z travel is 95 mm (3.7 in), enough for flat sheet and low formed parts only. Positioning accuracy is given as ±0.05 mm/m and repeatability as ±0.03 mm/m, the same figures Haco prints for every HFL model.
The control depends on the source: FSCUT2000 with CypCut E on the lower power, FSCUT4000 with CypCut E at 6 kW. Parts can be drawn and nested at the console, the head sets its own focal point for the material thickness, and an interrupted cut can be resumed where it stopped. Haco builds these lasers with partner manufacturers and names schools and prototype shops as typical users of the C models.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Single-table layout with front loading through a motorized door, so it can stand in a corner or against a wall
- Choice of 3 kW or 6 kW source
- Positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm/m and repeatability of ±0.03 mm/m, the same as the larger HFL models
- Drawing and nesting directly at the machine console
- Cutting head adjusts its focal point automatically to the material thickness
Limitations
- Travels of 1,500 mm (59.1 in) by 1,000 mm (39.4 in) are the smallest in the range, so longer sheet has to be cut down first
- No second table: the machine stands still while it is unloaded and reloaded
- Table load is 0.5 tons, the lowest in the HFL range
- Acceleration of 1.0 G and 100 m/min are well below the CE models in the same brochure
- Z travel is 95 mm (3.7 in)

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The axes travel 1,500 mm (59.1 in) in X and 1,000 mm (39.4 in) in Y, and the table is rated for 0.5 tons. That covers half-format sheet. For longer sheet Haco offers the HFL 3015 C on the same single-table design, with 3,000 mm (118.1 in) of X travel.
02
The brochure lists 3 kW or 6 kW for the HFL 1510 C. The larger source Haco offers on the CE, CEW and CEG models is not listed for the C models. The control is FSCUT2000 with CypCut E, or FSCUT4000 with CypCut E at 6 kW.
03
From the front. The machine has a single sliding table behind a motorized door, with no pallet changer at the back. Haco notes that this lets the machine be placed in a corner or with its back against the wall. Cutting stops while the table is unloaded.
04
Maximum simultaneous speed is 100 m/min and maximum acceleration is 1.0 G. Positioning accuracy is ±0.05 mm/m and repeatability ±0.03 mm/m.
