Overview
For standard-format sheet with table exchange, the Haco HFL 3015 CE is the base model of the CE line. It is fully enclosed, has dual interchangeable tables, and comes with a 3 kW, 6 kW or 12 kW source. X travel is 3,050 mm (120.1 in) and Y travel 1,550 mm (61.0 in).
The step up from the single-table C models is large. The CE accelerates at 2.8 G and reaches 170 m/min. Z travel is 290 mm (11.4 in), three times that of the HFL 3015 C at 95 mm (3.7 in), and the table carries 1.40 tons. The 12 kW source is offered only from this design upward. Which power makes sense depends on thickness: a machine that spends its life in thin sheet gains from acceleration at any power, while plate work is where the larger source pays.
Standard equipment includes a welded and annealed tubular base, an extruded aluminium Y beam, a camera with display for monitoring the cut, a proportional valve system that regulates oxygen, nitrogen and air pressure, and sectioned extraction with CNC-controlled doors. The source sits in an air-conditioned cabin. A light curtain and pneumatic door guard the table area.
Larger sheets are covered by the HFL 4020 CE, which has 4,050 mm (159.4 in) of X travel, and by two longer machines. All share this machine's speed, acceleration and accuracy figures of ±0.05 mm/m positioning and ±0.03 mm/m repeatability.
