Overview

Y travel is 3,900 mm (153.5 in), the columns stand 3,500 mm (137.8 in) apart, and the 6,020 x 2,400 mm (237.0 x 94.5 in) table is rated for 20,000 kg (44,092 lb). There is no 7,000 mm YF; beyond this length the range continues only as the LP-7033YZF.
A table this long is the reason for several of AWEA's construction statements. The one-piece base is built with 4 guide ways and grows in proportion to the travel, so the table stays supported at both ends of its stroke. The X-axis ball screw runs down the middle of the base, which the maker says avoids yawing, and a vibration absorber steadies the long screw.

The coolant tank holds 1,000 liter with a 1.5 HP pump. The hydraulic unit has a 120 liter tank and a 10 HP pump, and the lubrication oil tank holds 6 liter. Hydraulics on this machine serve, among other things, the counter weight cylinders of the head and the floating tool release device.
