How much does the AWEA LP-7033YZF cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the AWEA LP-7033YZF that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
Only one LP-F model reaches 7,000 mm (275.6 in) of X travel, and it is the AWEA LP-7033YZF. There is no YF counterpart and no narrower bridge at this length. Y travel is 3,900 mm (153.5 in), Z is 1,000 mm (39.4 in), and the columns are 3,500 mm (137.8 in) apart.
Two things change when the X axis gets this long. First, measurement: AWEA fits an X-axis linear scale as a standard accessory from 7,000 mm of travel. The accuracy rows reflect it. Positioning accuracy is stated as P = 0.040 mm over full travel and repeatability as Ps = 0.030 mm, both better than the LP-6033YZF, which lists P ≤ 0.050 mm and Ps ≤ 0.035 mm. Second, transport: according to the maker, a base for more than 6,000 mm of X travel may arrive in two sections, so joining and levelling on site belong in the installation plan.
Speed goes the other way. X rapid is 7,500 mm/min (295 ipm), the slowest in the range, and long repositioning moves show up in the cycle time. Y still moves at 15,000 mm/min (591 ipm) and Z at 10,000 mm/min (394 ipm).
The extra metre of travel does not buy more capacity on the table, which stays at 20,000 kg (44,092 lb). It does add mass. This is a 65,000 kg (143,298 lb) machine, where the LP-6033YZF is listed at 55,000 kg (121,252 lb). The standard spindle is a 4,000 rpm BT50 unit rated 22 / 26 kW (30 / 35 HP).

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 7,000 mm (275.6 in) of X travel, the longest in the LP-F range
- X-axis linear scale is a standard accessory at this length
- P = 0.040 mm positioning accuracy and Ps = 0.030 mm repeatability (VDI), tighter than the LP-6033YZF
- 1,000 mm (39.4 in) of Z and up to 1,200 mm (47.2 in) from spindle nose to table
- Five-face capability over the whole length through the automatic head changer
Limitations
- X rapid of 7,500 mm/min (295 ipm), against 10,000 mm/min (394 ipm) on the LP-6033YZF
- Table load is 20,000 kg (44,092 lb), no higher than the 6,000 mm model
- 65,000 kg (143,298 lb) machine weight
- The base may be shipped in two sections, which adds assembly work at installation
- No YF variant with the shorter Z axis exists at this length for shops that do not need the height

Frequently Asked Questions
01
No. AWEA's footnote to the accuracy rows says that machines with X-axis travel of 7,000 mm or more come with the X-axis linear scale as a standard accessory. That is why this model shows P = 0.040 mm and Ps = 0.030 mm under VDI where the shorter LP-6033YZF shows P ≤ 0.050 mm and Ps ≤ 0.035 mm.
02
The LP-7033 is the 3-axis bridge machine of the same length and column spacing, listing 3,300 mm (129.9 in) of Y and 760 mm (29.9 in) of Z as standard, a 6,000 rpm spindle and a weight of 66,000 kg (145,503 lb). The LP-7033YZF has 3,900 mm (153.5 in) of Y, 1,000 mm (39.4 in) of Z, a 4,000 rpm standard spindle and the head changer for 5-face work.
03
Not necessarily. AWEA states that for X-axis travel longer than 6,000 mm the base may be in two sections because of transportation limits. Plan for the 65,000 kg (143,298 lb) total, for lifting the sections, and for alignment on the foundation before the table and bridge go on.
04
Mostly the X axis. Its rapid is 7,500 mm/min (295 ipm) and cutting feed across all axes is 1 ~ 5,000 mm/min (0.04 ~ 197 ipm). Grouping operations by tool and by head position, so the table crosses its 7,000 mm stroke as seldom as possible, recovers much of that time.
05
A BT50 spindle, with DIN69871-A optional, at 4,000 rpm as standard. Built-in spindles of 6,000 rpm or 8,000 rpm and direct drive spindles of 8,000 rpm or 10,000 rpm are options. The magazine holds 32 tools as standard, each up to 350 mm (13.8 in) long and 20 kg (44 lb).
