A 4,010 mm (157.9 in) by 2,010 mm (79.1 in) work area defines the Accurl MasterLINE X 4001.20, the second of five table sizes in Accurl's high-end laser line. It carries 400 kg/m², runs at up to 180,000 mm/min and comes with an automatic shuttle table.
This is the size at which the MasterLINE X starts to compete for plate work as well as thin sheet. A 4 m by 2 m sheet nests long structural parts, and the available sources reach far beyond what the table rating will let you load in a single full sheet: 400 kg/m² is the same figure as the MasterLINE X 3001.15, and it is the MasterLINE X 6001.20 that first moves to 550 kg/m². Buyers who mean to cut thick plate regularly should weigh that before choosing the 4 m table.
For sheet up to the weight limit the machine offers the full specification of the line. The gantry is ultra-light cast aluminium, X and Y run on linear guides with helical toothed racks driven on both sides, and accuracy is ± 0.03 mm positioning with ± 0.02 mm repeatability. Accurl lists an automatic nozzle changer and its LasGAM gas control among the features of the series.
The cell measures approximately 12,070 mm (475.2 in) by 3,680 mm (144.9 in) with a height of 2,680 mm (105.5 in), peripherals included. Controls are the MSE SmartControl or the TWINCUT S80, each on two 21.5" multitouch panels.
