How much does the Vision Wide VF-5026 cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Vision Wide VF-5026 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Vision Wide VF-5026 is the largest VF: 5,200 mm (204.7 in) of X travel, 2,600 mm (102.4 in) of Y, and a 5,200x2,050 mm (204.7x80.7 in) table for 15,000 kg (33,069 lb), all on hardened box ways.
Being a plain, strong three-axis machine, it gains most from a few well-chosen options. XYZ-axis linear scale feedback is one. Box way axes have more friction than rolling guides, and over five metres the difference between where the motor thinks the table is and where it is can grow; a scale closes that gap. A rotary table is another, turning the machine into a four-axis one for parts machined on several faces. A 60 tools magazine with arm type ATC replaces the standard 40. And the professional version of the remote monitoring software is offered, though not with a Siemens controller.
As standard the machine comes with a Fanuc 0iMF PLUS control, a 4,000 rpm two-step gear spindle, ball screw cooling, an X-axis ball screw supporter and chip conveyors on the table side and at the end.
Rapids are 10 m/min in X and 12 m/min in Y and Z. Power is 18.5/22 kW (24.8/29.5 hp), or optionally 22/26 kW (29.5/34.9 hp) or 30/37 kW (40.2/49.6 hp).
