How much does the Onsrud 122RH cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Onsrud 122RH that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
For ten-foot stacks, the Onsrud 122RH pairs a table of 122 in (3,099 mm) by 60 in (1,524 mm) with the RH-Series roller hold-down system. It is a 3-axis fixed-bridge router with an 18 hp (13.4 kW) spindle that runs to 24,000 rpm.
Stack cutting is a throughput method: several sheets are cut in one pass, and the rollers keep the top sheets from shifting. A five-foot-wide table widens the range of material that can be stacked, from plywood to foam panel and composite sheet. The 2 vacuum zones hold the bottom of the stack, and Onsrud describes the table as double plumbed for high-flow pumps.
The 122RH is the most compact of the three RH models in plan. It is 204 in (5,182 mm) long and 123 in (3,124 mm) wide, shorter and narrower than the 98RH despite the bigger table, and 88 in (2,235 mm) high.
Standard equipment is a 12-tool changer and an 11 in (279 mm) Z-stroke. Stack height has to fit inside that stroke together with the tool, so check the deepest stack you plan to run. A 24 hp (17.9 kW) spindle helps when the stack is thick, and a second spindle and second tool changer are also offered.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 122 in (3,099 mm) by 60 in (1,524 mm) table with roller hold-down
- Smallest footprint in the RH-Series: 204 in (5,182 mm) by 123 in (3,124 mm)
- Double plumbed vacuum table for high-flow pumps
- 24 hp (17.9 kW) spindle and second spindle available
Limitations
- 2 vacuum zones on a ten-foot table
- Stack height is bounded by the 11 in (279 mm) Z-stroke
- No Z-stroke upgrade is listed for the RH-Series, unlike the maker's other fixed-bridge lines

Frequently Asked Questions
01
122 in (3,099 mm) in X and 60 in (1,524 mm) in Y, with 2 vacuum zones as standard. Overall the machine is 204 in (5,182 mm) by 123 in (3,124 mm) and 88 in (2,235 mm) high.
02
Onsrud does not publish a stack height. The Z-stroke is 11 in (279 mm), and the stack, spoilboard and tool length all have to fit within it, so confirm the usable figure for your tooling.
03
The 146RH is larger, with a table of 146 in (3,708 mm) by 72 in (1,829 mm), 3 vacuum zones, and a machine 229 in (5,817 mm) long and 160 in (4,064 mm) wide.
04
A FANUC interface is listed as standard, and Onsrud's own touchscreen interface is the alternative. The roller hold-down is part of the machine and is engaged or disengaged to suit the material.
