Overview
The DMS Klondike3 is a twin moving table, multi-channel, multi-spindle CNC router: several independent cutting carriages over two tables in one frame. DMS offers 2 to 4 carriage configurations and says the machine can act as 2, 3 or 4 separate machines, or pendulum process with up to 4 spindles at once. The stroke table gives 240 in (6,096 mm) on X and 120 in (3,048 mm) on Y.
Two programs can run at the same time, one per channel, or the spindles can work one table while the other is unloaded and reloaded. That is where the output per unit of floor space comes from, and it is the reason to look at this model instead of two separate routers.
Each carriage has its own 8 station tool carousel, with a maximum tool length of 8 in (203 mm).
