Price estimate
We do not have a price for the LVD Easy-Form 320/30 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
From 3,200 kN upward LVD stops offering a light and a Plus build: the heavy proportions are simply the machine. The LVD Easy-Form 320/30 has a 300 mm (11.8 in) stroke, 570 mm (22.4 in) of open height and a 200 mm (7.9 in) table rated at 2,500 kN/m, on a 3,050 mm (120.1 in) working length.
It is a dense machine. LVD lists 21,000 kg (46,296 lb), where the Easy-Form 220/30 Plus, with the same bed and opening, weighs 14,500 kg. The extra mass is frame, ram and table sized for half as much force again.
The ram slows down in the bend. Working speed is 14 mm/s and return 130 mm/s; the approach stays at 120 mm/s. The motor is 37 kW, the same rating as on the Easy-Form 220/30 Plus, so the higher force is paid for in speed. Oil volume is 400 L at 285 bar.
In LVD's own line-up the alternative at this force and length is the PPED 320/30, which runs on 22 kW, works at 8 mm/s and returns at 75 mm/s. It has neither laser angle measurement nor the Easy-Form's standard equipment.
Three metres and 3,200 kN is a plate specification. Thick material is where springback is largest and a test piece dearest, which is the argument for measuring the angle in process.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 3,200 kN on a 3,050 mm (120.1 in) bed
- 570 mm (22.4 in) open height and 300 mm (11.8 in) stroke as standard figures
- 200 mm (7.9 in) table rated at 2,500 kN/m
- Works at 14 mm/s, against 8 mm/s on the PPED 320/30
- Laser angle correction where test pieces in plate are costly
Limitations
- 21,000 kg (46,296 lb) on a three-metre bed
- Working speed down to 14 mm/s and return to 130 mm/s
- 2,600 mm (102.4 in) between uprights
- Working height of 1,000 mm (39.4 in)

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The PPED 320/30 has the same force and bed with a 22 kW motor, 75 mm/s approach, 8 mm/s working speed and 670 mm of open height. This machine has 37 kW, 120 mm/s, 14 mm/s and 570 mm, plus the Easy-Form Laser system.
02
No Plus column exists at 3,200 kN. The 300 mm stroke, 570 mm (22.4 in) opening and 200 mm table that define the Easy-Form 220/30 Plus are the normal figures here.
03
Approach 120 mm/s, working speed 14 mm/s, return 130 mm/s. The Easy-Form 220/30 Plus, one force step down, works at 21 mm/s and returns at 200 mm/s.
04
21,000 kg (46,296 lb), with a 400 L oil fill at 285 bar. The Easy-Form 320/40, about a metre longer, is listed at 23,000 kg.
