Price estimate
We do not have a price for the LVD Easy-Form 220/30 Plus that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
Plus is LVD's label for a taller, heavier-built version of a standard size, and the LVD Easy-Form 220/30 Plus is the first model in the Easy-Form tables to carry it. Force is 2,200 kN and working length 3,050 mm (120.1 in).
Three dimensions grow. Stroke is 300 mm (11.8 in), the distance from table to ram is 570 mm (22.4 in), and the table is 200 mm (7.9 in) wide. The Easy-Form 220/30 lists 200 mm, 400 mm and 120 mm for the same three rows. Working height goes up with them, to 1,000 mm (39.4 in), and weight to 14,500 kg (31,966 lb); the Easy-Form 220/30 stands at 970 mm and weighs 13,000 kg.
What that does in practice: a 570 mm opening holds a tall punch over a deep die with the part still free to be turned and removed. A 300 mm stroke withdraws the punch from a deep channel. And a 200 mm table gives a large V-die a proper seat. These are plate-shop needs, and 2,200 kN on three metres is a plate-shop force.
LVD also offers stroke and daylight increases in 100 mm steps as options on the standard machine. The Plus differs in that the wider table comes with it.
Drive and speeds are unchanged: 37 kW, 425 L, 285 bar, 120 mm/s approach, 21 mm/s working, 200 mm/s return. The Easy-Form Laser system corrects the angle in process, which on thick material saves expensive test pieces.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 570 mm (22.4 in) open height and 300 mm (11.8 in) stroke as the listed standard
- 200 mm (7.9 in) table for large die openings
- 2,200 kN concentrated on 3,050 mm (120.1 in)
- In-process angle correction avoids test pieces in thick plate
- Same 37 kW drive and speeds as the standard model
Limitations
- 14,500 kg (31,966 lb), compared with 13,000 kg for the Easy-Form 220/30
- Working height of 1,000 mm (39.4 in)
- Longer stroke adds travel time at 120 mm/s approach unless programmed short
- 2,600 mm (102.4 in) between uprights

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Against the Easy-Form 220/30, stroke goes from 200 mm to 300 mm, the table-ram distance from 400 mm to 570 mm, table width from 120 mm to 200 mm, working height from 970 mm to 1,000 mm and weight from 13,000 kg to 14,500 kg.
02
The listed speeds are the same: 120 mm/s approach, 21 mm/s working, 200 mm/s return. A longer stroke only costs time if the program uses it, since the control sets the opening for each bend.
03
LVD lists increased table-ram distance, stroke and gap in 100 mm steps as an option, and says other combinations of stroke and daylight are in its standard range. The 200 mm table is what the Plus column adds on top.
04
The Easy-Form 320/30 has the same 300 mm stroke, 570 mm opening and 200 mm table on the same bed length, with 3,200 kN and a weight of 21,000 kg.
