Price estimate
We do not have a price for the LVD Easy-Form 320/40 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The LVD Easy-Form 320/40 and LVD's PPEB 320/40 are the same size of machine with nearly the same numbers. Both have 3,200 kN and a 4,000 mm (157.5 in) working length, and the figures that follow match line for line.
The PPEB 320/40 lists a 300 mm stroke, a 570 mm opening, 3,150 mm between the uprights, 120 mm/s approach, a 14 mm/s bending speed, 130 mm/s return, a 37 kW motor and 23,000 kg. So does this machine: 300 mm (11.8 in), 570 mm (22.4 in), 3,150 mm (124.0 in), the same three speeds, 37 kW and 23,000 kg (50,705 lb).
The difference is what LVD fits to it. On the Easy-Form the laser adaptive bending system is part of the standard machine, together with the turbo hydraulic drive, knuckle arm, LED work zone lighting, second foot pedal, barcode reader and cabinet air conditioner. LVD presents the PPEB as the configurable one.
For plate work that standard list is more than a convenience. A four-metre bend in thick steel is slow to gauge by hand and costly to scrap, and material properties vary from plate to plate. Scanners that read the angle during the stroke and a control that corrects the punch at once take that risk out of the first part.
The table is 200 mm (7.9 in) wide at 2,500 kN/m. The tank holds 400 L.

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The tables agree: the PPEB 320/40 has the same 4,000 mm length, 300 mm stroke, 570 mm opening, 37 kW motor, 14 mm/s bending speed and 23,000 kg. The Easy-Form includes the laser angle system and a fixed list of standard features; LVD describes the PPEB as configurable.
02
The PPED 320/40 is LVD's economy machine of this size: a 22 kW motor, 75 mm/s approach, 8 mm/s working speed and 670 mm of open height. The Easy-Form has 37 kW, 120 mm/s and 14 mm/s with 570 mm.
03
3,150 mm (124.0 in) between uprights, a 400 mm (15.7 in) gap and a working height of 1,000 mm (39.4 in). The machine weighs 23,000 kg (50,705 lb).
04
LVD states that different combinations of stroke and daylight are available in steps of +100 mm, and lists an increase of table-ram distance, stroke and gap as an option.
