Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Baykal APHS 3110x200 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Baykal APHS 3110x200 delivers 2,000 kN on a 3,100 mm (122 in) bending length and is the first three-metre APHS with the wider 90 mm (3.5 in) table. Its motor is rated 19 kW (25.5 hp), a rating no other size in the table uses.
Two small concessions come with the force. Approach speed is 150 mm/s, down from 160 mm/s on the APHS 3108x160, and the daylight opening is 530 mm (20.9 in) instead of 540 mm (21.3 in). Working speed holds at 10 mm/s and return at 130 mm/s, so the bend itself takes no longer than on the lighter machines.
Weight barely moves. Baykal lists 10 Ton against 9.7 Ton for the APHS 3108x160, and the 210 L tank is shared. For a buyer who has already accepted the 210 L drive, 2,000 kN is a small step in floor loading terms.
The frame is otherwise the familiar one: 2,550 mm (100.4 in) between the frames, a 410 mm (16.1 in) throat, a 260 mm (10.2 in) stroke and an 880 mm (34.6 in) bed height. On the longer bed the APHS 4108x200 carries the same force with an 18.5 kW (24.8 hp) motor.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 2,000 kN on three metres at 10 Ton
- Table widens to 90 mm (3.5 in)
- Working speed stays at 10 mm/s and return at 130 mm/s
- Shares the 210 L tank of the APHS 3108x160
Limitations
- Approach speed drops to 150 mm/s
- Daylight opening is 530 mm (20.9 in)
- 19 kW (25.5 hp) motor needs a correspondingly larger supply
- Stroke is still 260 mm (10.2 in)

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The APHS 3108x160 has 1,600 kN from a 15 kW (20.1 hp) motor, a 60 mm (2.4 in) table and a 160 mm/s approach. This model has 2,000 kN from 19 kW (25.5 hp), a 90 mm (3.5 in) table and a 150 mm/s approach.
02
Baykal lists approximately 10 Ton. Side frame width is 1,600 mm (63 in). Foundation and anchoring requirements are not in the data sheet and should be requested.
03
That is how Baykal's table prints it: 19 kW (25.5 hp) here and 18.5 kW (24.8 hp) for the APHS 4108x200. The sheet gives no explanation, and both machines are rated 2,000 kN.
04
A daylight opening of 530 mm (20.9 in) with 260 mm (10.2 in) of stroke. The throat gap is 410 mm (16.1 in), which applies to parts wider than the 2,550 mm (100.4 in) between the frames.
