Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Han's Laser W4025D that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Han's Laser W4025D is the largest W series machine: a 3D five-axis laser cutter for hot-formed automotive parts with 4,000 mm (157.5 in) of X travel and 2,500 mm (98.4 in) of Y travel. It is the size for the biggest pressings in a car body, or for fixtures that hold a set of parts at once.
One line of the table sets it apart from its siblings, and not in its favour. X/Y/Z positioning accuracy is ±0.05 mm. The W3122D and the W3015D are both listed at ±0.04 mm, and the series description quotes ±0.04mm as the machine positioning accuracy without qualification. Repeat positioning is ±0.03 mm on all three. For trimming a pressed part the difference is small, but a buyer with a tight trim-line tolerance should have the figure for this size confirmed.
Elsewhere the larger frame gives nothing away. Speed is 100 m/min and acceleration 10 m/s² on the linear axes, and the head turns at up to 90 r/min. Z travel is 650 mm (25.6 in). Table load is 450 kg (992 lb), the same as the middle model, so the bigger envelope is for bigger parts, not heavier ones.
Installed, the machine weighs 15,000 kg (33,069 lb) and covers 9,000 × 10,000 × 3,700 mm (354.3 × 393.7 × 145.7 in). It is fully enclosed, with dual grating safety protection and interlocked doors. The head rotates n × 360 degree in C and ±135 degree in A. As for the rest of the series, the laser power is left to the quotation.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Largest envelope of the series: 4,000 mm (157.5 in) in X and 2,500 mm (98.4 in) in Y
- Keeps 100 m/min and 10 m/s² on the linear axes at the larger size
- C/A positioning accuracy of ±0.015 degree with ±0.005 degree repeat positioning
- Dual-station rotary exchange design for loading during cutting
Limitations
- X/Y/Z positioning accuracy is ±0.05 mm, where the W3122D is listed at ±0.04 mm
- Table load stays at 450 kg (992 lb) despite the larger working area
- Footprint of 9,000 × 10,000 mm and a weight of 15,000 kg (33,069 lb)
- No laser power in the published data

Frequently Asked Questions
01
X travel is 4,000 mm (157.5 in), Y travel 2,500 mm (98.4 in) and Z travel 650 mm (25.6 in). The cutting head rotates n × 360 degree about the C axis and ±135 degree about the A axis.
02
Its repeat positioning accuracy is the same, ±0.03 mm, and so are the rotary figures. The X/Y/Z positioning accuracy is listed as ±0.05 mm, against ±0.04 mm for the W3015D. The page's feature list mentions ±0.04mm for the series, so ask Han's Laser to confirm the value for this size.
03
The maximum table load is 450 kg (992 lb), the same as on the W3122D. That figure has to cover the fixture as well as the part, so heavy tooling for a large pressing should be weighed before the machine is specified.
04
A machine of 15,000 kg (33,069 lb) with overall dimensions of 9,000 × 10,000 × 3,700 mm (354.3 × 393.7 × 145.7 in). It is fully enclosed with dual grating safety protection, interlock safety doors and built-in video monitoring.
