Overview
The Han's Laser G3015HF is the smallest machine in the HF Expert series of high-speed fiber laser cutting machines. It cuts sheet on a 3,000 × 1,500 mm (118.1 × 59.1 in) processing area and is the quickest of the four sizes on paper: 200 m/min maximum positioning speed in X and Y with 2.8 G of acceleration.
Those two figures matter most on thin sheet with many short moves. A nest of small brackets spends more time accelerating between holes than cutting, and 2.8 G shortens exactly that part of the cycle. On thick plate the laser, not the axes, sets the pace, so the benefit shrinks.
Axis travel is 3,050 mm (120.1 in) in X and 1,525 mm (60.0 in) in Y, a small margin over the nominal sheet. Z travel is 120 mm (4.7 in). That is enough for flat sheet and low formed parts but it is the shortest Z in the series; the G6020HF has 300 mm (11.8 in). Positioning accuracy is ±0.03 mm/m and repositioning accuracy ±0.02 mm, and the CNC system is Han's 901.
The worktable is rated for 900 kg (1,984 lb). Han's Laser does not print a laser power for each model. The series page says it supports 30kW cutting and carries a process database for 10kW+ work, so the power of a given machine has to be settled in the quotation. With its exchange table the machine measures 961.5 × 304 × 216 cm (378.5 × 119.7 × 85.0 in) overall.
