How much does the Han's Laser G6020HF cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Han's Laser G6020HF that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Han's Laser G6020HF is where the HF Expert series turns from a sheet cutter into a plate cutter. Its processing area is 6,000 × 2,000 mm (236.2 × 78.7 in), but the more telling figures are the table load of 5,600 kg (12,346 lb) and the Z-axis travel of 300 mm (11.8 in).
Compare them with the model below. The G4020HF carries 1,600 kg (3,527 lb) and has 120 mm (4.7 in) of Z. A table rated three and a half times higher is built for thick plate, and the taller Z gives the head room to clear heavy, uneven material. Han's Laser says the series supports 30kW cutting and stable thick-plate cutting, and this is the first size whose table is rated to match.
The heavier build costs some speed. Maximum positioning speed in X and Y is 160 m/min and acceleration 2.5 G, against 200 m/min and 2.8 G on the G4020HF. On plate that hardly matters. On thin sheet with dense nests it will show in the cycle time.
Accuracy is unchanged at ±0.03 mm/m positioning and ±0.02 mm repositioning. X travels 6,030 mm (237.4 in) and Y 2,020 mm (79.5 in). The control is Han's 901. The installation is long: 1,570 × 356 × 240 cm (618.1 × 140.2 × 94.5 in) overall, before the laser source and filtration are placed. No machine weight is published, so foundation loads have to come from the maker.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Worktable rated for 5,600 kg (12,346 lb), suited to full sheets of thick plate
- 300 mm (11.8 in) of Z-axis travel, more than twice the 120 mm (4.7 in) of the G4020HF
- 6,000 × 2,000 mm (236.2 × 78.7 in) processing area for long parts
- Repositioning accuracy stays at ±0.02 mm
Limitations
- Slower than the G4020HF: 160 m/min and 2.5 G instead of 200 m/min and 2.8 G
- Overall length of 1,570 cm needs a long bay
- Machine weight and laser power are not stated in the table
- Width is limited to 2,000 mm; 2,500 mm sheet needs the G12025HF
