Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Feeler VMP-32 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Feeler VMP-32 is the first VMP model with a table built for weight: 950 x 520 mm (37.4 x 20.5 in), rated for 800 kg (1,764 lb). Travels are 820 mm (32.3 in) in X, 520 mm (20.5 in) in Y and 505 mm (19.9 in) in Z.
Compared with the lighter models below it, three things change at once. Y grows to 520 mm from the 420 mm of the VMP-30. The magazine holds 22 tools, four more than the VMP-30. And the rapid rates split: X and Y rise to 40 m/min (1,575 ipm) while Z drops to 30 m/min (1,181 ipm). The spindle does not change. It remains a 10,000 rpm unit with a 7/24 No.40 taper.
For a buyer this is the general-purpose size. A 520 mm deep table takes a six-inch vise with the handle inside the enclosure line, or a fixture plate for a family of parts, and 800 kg removes most worries about steel fixtures. Z travel is the figure to check. At 505 mm it is slightly less than the smaller VMP models, and less than the 560 mm of Feeler's own VMX-820, so tall parts on a rotary table need a clearance check.
Feeler describes the series construction as high-strength cast iron with optimized ribs, an A-frame column and an enlarged base, refined with ANSYS and NASTRAN analysis. Hardened linear guides and Turcite B wear pads are named for the series. The maker's stated uses are automotive components and diverse parts across general industries.

Length only. The VMP-40 has 1,020 mm of X travel and a 1,150 x 520 mm table. Both machines share Y and Z travel, the 800 kg load rating, the 10,000 rpm No.40 spindle, the rapid rates and the 22-tool magazine.
03
The VMX-820 has the same X and Y travel and table but lists a 12,000 rpm spindle, 560 mm of Z and 24 tools. The VMP-32 lists 10,000 rpm, 505 mm of Z and 22 tools. X and Y rapids are 40 m/min on both.

22 tools. Feeler's table gives only the count, with no tool-change time, maximum tool diameter, length or weight, so check those limits against your longest and heaviest holders before ordering.
