Vision Wide SF-5133 — price

Price estimate: uncertain

We have no price for the Vision Wide SF-5133 that we can cite and no estimate we can stand behind, so this page shows no number rather than a guess. A quote from Vision Wide or an authorised dealer is the reliable figure.

What moves the final price

  • Spindle, control and probing options
  • Tool changer capacity and tooling package
  • Automation — pallet changers, bar feeders, robot cells
  • Freight, rigging, installation and training
  • Region, dealer and time of year

Overview

The Vision Wide SF-5133 closes the SF series. It is the largest configuration on the page: 5,100 mm (200.8 in) of X travel, 2,600 mm (102.4 in) of Y as printed, a 5,300×2,100 mm (208.7×82.7 in) table and an 18,000 kg (39,683 lb) load rating, with floor-standing tool changers.

At this end of a range it is fair to ask what the series does not provide. Spindle power is the clearest case. The motor is 18.5/22 kW (24.8/29.5 hp), with 22/26 kW (29.5/34.9 hp) as the only step up, and that is the same pair listed for the SF-2116 with its 2,000x1,500 mm (78.7x59.1 in) table. Z travel is another: 800 mm standard and at most 1,020 mm. A buyer who needs more power or more daylight under the spindle for parts of this weight is looking beyond the SF line.

Within those limits the machine is a long, stiff three-axis platform. Vision Wide describes a full casting structure and an ultra-wide column, and rapids are 20 m/min in X and Y.

The floor-standing changer holds 32 tools, with 40 optional, and the vertical-horizontal version can be ordered with up to 60 pcs.

Strengths & Limitations

Strengths

  • Largest SF configuration: 5,100 mm (200.8 in) of X and 2,600 mm (102.4 in) of Y as printed
  • 18,000 kg (39,683 lb) table load
  • Full casting structure with ultra-wide column, per the maker
  • Floor-standing changers with up to 60 pcs on the optional vertical-horizontal type

Limitations

  • Spindle power is the same 18.5/22 kW (24.8/29.5 hp) as on the SF-2116
  • Z travel is at most 1,020 mm, and that is an option
  • Printed Y travel should be confirmed against the model number
06

Best For

The longest and heaviest parts the SF series can take Structural parts up to 18,000 kg (39,683 lb) that are long but not tall Tandem setups along a 5,300×2,100 mm (208.7×82.7 in) table

Frequently Asked Questions

01 Is the Vision Wide SF-5133 the largest SF model?

It shares the longest X travel, 5,100 mm (200.8 in), and the highest table load, 18,000 kg (39,683 lb), with the SF-5126, and adds floor-standing tool changers. Y travel is printed as 2,600 mm (102.4 in).

02 Does the SF-5133 have more spindle power than smaller SF machines?

No. The spindle power row is 18.5/22 kW (24.8/29.5 hp) with 22/26 kW (29.5/34.9 hp) as an option, the same as on every other model in the series.

03 How tall a part fits under the SF-5133 spindle?

Vision Wide's table gives Z travel only: 800 mm standard, 1,020 mm optional on the box way head and 1,000 mm optional on the linear way head. It lists no spindle-nose-to-table distance or column clearance, so request the layout drawing.

04 What tool changers does the SF-5133 list?

A floor-standing type vertical tool change at 32/40 pcs(Opt.) and a floor-standing type vertical-horizontal tool change at 32 pcs(Opt.)/40 pcs(Opt.)/60 pcs(Opt.).
