Six control families are named for the Vision Wide BM-8035 / 8042, more than for any other series on the maker's site. FANUC 0iMF Plus is the standard. The optional entry reads FANUC 31iB / HEIDENHAIN TNC 640 / SIEMENS 828D / SIEMENS ONE / MITSUBISHI M80 TypeA / MITSUBISHI M830 Controller.
On a four-linear-axis machine with an attachment head, the control does more than run programs. It synchronises the two motors of the cross rail, manages the head and its tool offsets, and handles a W axis that both positions and cuts.
