Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Quaser UX600C that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
A double column structure is what distinguishes the Quaser UX600C from the rest of the maker's 5-axis machines. It carries a Ø500 mm (Ø19.7") table between the columns, takes work pieces up to Ø630 x 425 mm (Ø24.8" x 16.7") and 300 kg (661 lbs), and runs a 40 taper spindle at a listed 12K.
The travel figures show the layout. Y, at 800 mm (31.5"), is nearly as long as X at 885 mm (34.8"), while Z is a short 500 mm (19.7"). In a bridge-style frame the spindle crosses over the table on a beam supported at both ends, and the long Y stroke is what carries it from one side of a Ø630 mm (Ø24.8") swing to the other. The short Z keeps the ram overhang small.
Quaser's own description stays at the level of principle: the double column design emphasizes accuracy, mechanical rigidity and machining stability, and the stable, compression-resistant build supports spindle torsion, cutting ability and worktable load. No accuracy figures are published to put numbers on that.
This is the plainer of two models on the frame. The UX600C has one listed spindle speed, 12K, and 30 tools as standard. The UX600P shares the travels and the 300 kg (661 lbs) load but has 48 tools and a spindle band of 9K ~ 15K. Tool limits here are 76.2 mm (3") in diameter, 125 mm (4.9") with neighboring pots empty, and 280 mm (11.0") in length.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- Double column structure, which Quaser builds for accuracy, rigidity and machining stability
- 800 mm (31.5") of Y travel with 885 mm (34.8") of X
- Work pieces up to Ø630 x 425 mm (Ø24.8" x 16.7") on a Ø500 mm (Ø19.7") table
- 300 kg (661 lbs) table load capacity
Limitations
- Z travel is 500 mm (19.7"), the shortest Z among Quaser's 5-axis models with a Ø630 mm swing
- 30 tools as standard; the UX600P on the same frame carries 48
- Spindle speed is listed as 12K only
- No rotary axis ranges, accuracy figures, power or torque are published

Frequently Asked Questions
01
A 5-axis machining center with a double column structure. Quaser says the design emphasizes accuracy, mechanical rigidity and machining stability. It has a Ø500 mm (Ø19.7") table, a 40 taper spindle listed at 12K and 30 tools as standard.
02
885 mm (34.8") in X, 800 mm (31.5") in Y and 500 mm (19.7") in Z. The published table does not state the ranges of the rotary axes.
03
Up to Ø630 x 425 mm (Ø24.8" x 16.7"), with a maximum swing of Ø630 mm (Ø24.8") and a table load capacity of 300 kg (661 lbs).
04
The UX600C has a round Ø500 mm (Ø19.7") table, 30 tools and a spindle listed at 12K. The UX600P has a table listed as Ø600 x W500 mm (Ø23.6" x W19.7"), 48 tools and a spindle listed at 9K ~ 15K. Travels and the 300 kg (661 lbs) load are the same on both.
