How much does the Pinnacle SV126 cost?
Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Pinnacle SV126 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Pinnacle SV126 is the longest of the SV box-way machines, with 1,300 mm (51.2 in) of X travel and a 1,400 x 610 mm (55.1 x 24.0 in) table. Y and Z are 610 mm (24.0 in) each and the table load is 850 kg (1,874 lb).
One detail stands out in the table: X travel is close to the table length, so the spindle reaches almost the whole table surface. On the SV116 the table overhangs the travel by more.
The spindle is chosen by taper. ISO40 comes with 7.5 / 11 kW (10.1 / 14.8 hp), belt speeds of 60 ~ 8,000(10,000/12,000) rpm and direct-drive options of 10,000 / 12,000 / 15,000 rpm. ISO50 comes with 11 / 15 kW (14.8 / 20.1 hp), a spindle bearing bore of Ø80 mm (Ø3.1 in) and a direct-drive figure of 10,000 rpm.
Axes move at 20 / 20 / 20 m/min on ways hardened to over HRC55. The coolant tank holds 300 L, the supply is 20 kVA, and the machine weighs 6,800 kg (14,991 lb) on 3,400 x 2,200 mm (133.9 x 86.6 in) of floor. The disk magazine holds 24 tools with either taper. For more Y on box ways the next step is the QV137, at 710 mm (28.0 in).

1,300 mm (51.2 in), with 610 mm (24.0 in) in Y and Z. The table is 1,400 x 610 mm (55.1 x 24.0 in) and the spindle nose travels 110 ~ 720 mm (4.3 ~ 28.3 in) above it.
02
With the ISO50 spindle the 24-tool magazine accepts tools up to Ø105 mm (Ø4.1 in) in diameter, 300 mm (11.8 in) long and 15 kg (33 lb). With ISO40 the limits are Ø90 mm (Ø3.5 in), 250 mm (9.8 in) and 8 kg (18 lb).
03
6,800 kg (14,991 lb). Floor space is 3,400 x 2,200 mm (133.9 x 86.6 in) and height 2,950 mm (116.1 in). It needs a 20 kVA supply and air at 6 kg/cm².
04
The QV137 has the same 1,300 mm (51.2 in) X travel but 710 mm (28.0 in) of Y, a 1,200 kg (2,646 lb) table load and a weight of 10,000 kg (22,046 lb). The SV126 is the lighter, smaller machine for parts that fit in 610 mm of Y.
