Price estimate
We do not have a price for the LVD Easy-Form 220/61 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
Six metres at 2,200 kN: the LVD Easy-Form 220/61 has a working length of 6,100 mm (240.2 in) and is the lightest-force machine LVD lists at that length in the series.
A bed this long with this force is a specialist. Used at full length it bends thin material only, and that is the point. Lighting poles in thin wall, roofing and wall profiles, long door frames, conveyor side panels: these are six-metre parts that never needed a heavy press, only a long, straight and accurate one.
Straightness is the hard part. Over 6,100 mm the ram and table deflect noticeably even under moderate load, and without compensation the bend opens in the middle. LVD's crowning is machined for the individual machine. Angle errors from the material are then caught by the laser scanners during the stroke.
The uprights are 5,050 mm (198.8 in) apart. Parts longer than that use the 400 mm (15.7 in) gap. The table is 120 mm (4.7 in) wide and rated at 2,000 kN/m, and working height is 1,025 mm (40.4 in).
It weighs 24,000 kg (52,910 lb). The Easy-Form 220/51 weighs 21,200 kg on the same hydraulics: a 37 kW motor, 350 L of oil, 120 mm/s approach, 21 mm/s working speed, 200 mm/s return. For plate at this length the range continues with the Easy-Form 320/61.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 6,100 mm (240.2 in) working length
- 5,050 mm (198.8 in) between uprights
- 24,000 kg (52,910 lb), the lightest six-metre Easy-Form
- Crowning and laser angle correction for long thin bends
- 200 mm/s return and 21 mm/s working speed
Limitations
- 2,200 kN over six metres confines full-length work to thin material
- Listed stroke of 200 mm (7.9 in) and open height of 400 mm (15.7 in)
- Working height of 1,025 mm (40.4 in)
- Six-metre blanks need the optional supports or followers

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Long parts in light gauge. The machine has 2,200 kN over 6,100 mm (240.2 in), so at full length the force per metre is low. Shorter parts can use the whole force within the table's 2,000 kN/m rating.
02
The Easy-Form 320/61 has 3,200 kN, a 300 mm stroke and a 570 mm opening, and weighs 36,000 kg, but works at 14 mm/s. This machine has 2,200 kN, works at 21 mm/s and weighs 24,000 kg.
03
Up to 5,050 mm (198.8 in) it will. A longer part overhangs into the side frames, where the gap allows 400 mm (15.7 in) of flange depth.
04
Tandem configurations appear on LVD's option list for the Easy-Form. The page gives no detail on the arrangement, so length and control set-up need to be discussed with the maker.
