Han's Laser G6025

The Han's Laser G6025 is a large-format fiber laser cutting machine with a 6000 x 2500 mm cutting area and five listed power options: 10 kW, 15 kW, 20 kW, 25 kW and 30 kW. Everything in the listed figures points at heavy plate. At 30 kW the maximum cutting thickness is given as 40 mm in mild steel, 25 mm in stainless and 20 mm in aluminum.

Those thickness figures belong to the 30 kW option alone. Nothing is given for 10 kW to 25 kW, so anyone looking at a lower-power machine should get the capacity of that source in writing instead of scaling down from the top figure. The spread between materials deserves attention too: aluminum stops at half the mild steel thickness, and stainless at 25 mm against 40 mm.

Bed size is the other reason to choose this model. The G3015F is listed with 3050 mm of X travel, 1530 mm of Y travel and laser power from 3 kW to 20 kW, so the G6025 offers about twice the length, a much wider plate and a power range that begins at 10 kW. A 2500 mm width takes plate straight from the mill in sizes a narrower bed would need cut down first.

Maximum feed rate is listed as 100 m/min and positioning accuracy as ±0.05 mm. The control is described as a Han's Laser proprietary CNC in a heavy-duty configuration; the table does not say what that configuration includes. Machine weight is approximately 22,000 kg, which puts floor loading, rigging and the access route at the top of the installation checklist.
