Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Dener E-FTL 6018 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
With a 180 mm (7.1 in) chuck, the Dener E-FTL 6018 covers the tube sizes most general fabricators handle, on the light two-chuck frame of Dener's E-FTL series. Maximum cutting length is 7,000 mm and laser power is 1.5-6 kW.
It is built on the same base as the E-FTL 6012. Axis travels are identical at 290 mm in X, 7,850 mm in Y and 450 mm in Z, and the weight limit per tube is the same 240 kg (529 lb). Machine width and height are unchanged; length grows slightly to 12,150 mm.
The larger chuck is slower. Tube feeding speed is 94 m/min and chuck rotation 180 r/min, while acceleration stays at 1.2 G. For most mid-size sections that is still quick, and the wider clamping range means fewer jobs have to be turned away.
Think about wall thickness and weight together. A 180 mm tube with a heavy wall reaches 240 kg well before 7,000 mm of length, so the weight row, not the length row, decides what can be loaded.
Standard equipment includes a MAX resonator, a 19-inch touchscreen, a BOCI cutting head, a chiller and a gas system with automatic gas selection. Nesting software is TubesT Small Pipe.
