Overview
The Dener Pro DC 3015 is the smallest table size of Dener's Pro DC fiber laser cutting machines, a gantry-type flatbed laser with an automatic pallet changer. Dener offers the Pro DC series with laser power from 3 kW to 20 kW and builds it in 3015, 4020, 6020 and 8025 table sizes.
Axis dynamics are the same for every size in the table: 1.5 G of X-Y acceleration, 1 G on Z and an X-Y speed of 120 m/min. Z travel is 350 mm (13.8 in), which is long for a flatbed laser and leaves clearance over formed or warped sheet. Positioning accuracy is 0.05 mm and repeatability 0.03 mm.
What distinguishes this size is the pallet change. At 16 s it is the shortest of the three listed machines, so on thin sheet with short nests the table swap takes the least time out of the cycle.
The control and cutting head depend on the power ordered. From 3 to 8 kW the machine has an FsCut4000 controller with the CypCut interface and a Blt 421S head. From 12 to 20 kW it has FsCut8000 with HypCut, and a Blt 643H or Blt 662H head. Drives are Yaskawa, guide rails THK, rack, pinion and gearbox Framo Morat.
Standard equipment includes a Raycus resonator, CypNest software, a chiller and automatic gas selection. A fume extraction filter is an option, so budget for it.
