Overview
Largest chuck of the six-metre group, the Dener FTL 6035 is a three-chuck tube fiber laser for sections up to 350 mm (13.8 in). Cutting length is 6,200 mm and the maximum cutting weight 600 kg (1,323 lb).
The weight limit is twice that of the FTL 6025. With it, the machine can take the heavy rectangular hollow sections and large round tube used in construction and vehicle frames, at least in the lengths its 6,200 mm allows.
Large sections slow the mechanics. Chuck rotation is 54 r/min and tube feeding speed 81 m/min. X travel is 900 mm, Y travel 7,500 mm and Z travel 300 mm.
Why choose this over the two-chuck E-FTL 6035, which has the same chuck and the same weight limit? Three reasons appear in the tables. The tail: ≥0 mm here against ≥35 mm on the E-FTL 6035.
