Overview
The Dener Pro DC 6020 is the longest Pro DC fiber laser for which Dener publishes a specification table. It belongs to the 6020 table size and is aimed at long sheets and at nests that fill a large pallet.
Long tables shift the economics of a laser. Each pallet carries more work, so the machine runs longer between changes, and the change itself is slower: 30 s on this model. For thick plate, where a single nest can run for hours, that half minute is irrelevant. For thin sheet cut at 120 m/min it adds up, and the smaller tables may suit better.
Dener keeps the dynamics constant across the series. X-Y acceleration is 1.5 G and Z acceleration 1 G, with 350 mm (13.8 in) of Z travel. Repeatability is 0.03 mm, positioning accuracy 0.05 mm.
Power determines the electronics. Machines from 12 to 20 kW get the FsCut8000 controller and the HypCut interface; lower powers get FsCut4000 and CypCut. On a table this size, buyers typically look at the upper range, and the 20 kW configuration uses the Blt 662H head.
