Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Dener E-FTL 6012 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Dener E-FTL 6012 is the smallest tube fiber laser cutting machine in Dener's range: a two-chuck machine for tube up to 120 mm (4.7 in) across the chuck and 7,000 mm long. It takes laser sources from 1.5 to 6 kW.
Small tube is cut fast or not at all profitably, and the E-FTL 6012 is specified for speed. Tube feeding speed is 131 m/min, the chucks rotate at 200 r/min and acceleration is 1.2 G. All three are the highest figures in Dener's tube laser tables.
The limits are equally clear. A single tube may weigh 240 kg (529 lb). Minimum tail length is ≥35 mm, because the two-chuck design cannot cut the last piece held in the rear chuck down to nothing; the three-chuck FTL 6018 lists ≥0 mm.
Control is FSCUT3000 with the TubePro interface, and nesting is done in TubesT Small Pipe. The laser head is a BOCI BLT310T up to 3 kW and a BLT421TS at 6 kW. A servo follow-up support system carries the tube between the chucks.
The machine measures 11,850 × 2,720 × 2,200 mm. Loading and unloading length is listed as 6 + 2 m, so finished parts up to 2 m long are supported on the outfeed.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 131 m/min tube feeding speed, the fastest in the range
- Chuck rotation of 200 r/min with 1.2 G acceleration
- Compact for a tube laser at 11,850 × 2,720 × 2,200 mm
- Servo follow-up support system between the chucks
- X/Y positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm
Limitations
- Chuck size of 120 mm limits tube diameter
- Minimum tail length of ≥35 mm is lost on every bar
- Tube weight limited to 240 kg (529 lb)
- Bevel cutting and automatic loading are optional

Frequently Asked Questions
01
The chuck size is 120 mm (4.7 in) and the maximum cutting length is 7,000 mm. A tube may weigh up to 240 kg (529 lb). Unloading length is 2 m.
02
Tube feeding speed is 131 m/min, chuck rotation speed is 200 r/min and acceleration is 1.2 G. The E-FTL 6018 beside it feeds at 94 m/min.
03
Laser power is listed as 1.5-6 kW from a Maxphotonics resonator. The head is a BOCI BLT310T for sources up to 3 kW and a BOCI BLT421TS for 6 kW.
04
Minimum tail length is given as ≥35 mm. That remnant comes from the two moving chucks; the three-chuck FTL 6018 is listed with ≥0 mm.
