Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Accurl EURO GENIUS B25110H that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Accurl EURO GENIUS B25110H is the only two-and-a-half-metre machine in Accurl's EURO GENIUS B table. It combines 1,100 kN of bending capacity with a bending length of 2,500 mm (98.4 in), and it is the lightest model of the series at 8,000 kg (17,637 lb).
Small as it is, it has the full-size opening of the larger models. Daylight is 550 mm (21.7 in), stroke 300 mm (11.8 in) and throat depth 450 mm (17.7 in), the same three figures the series carries as far as the EURO GENIUS B32220H with 2,200 kN. A 300 mm stroke on a machine this short makes it a natural box-and-pan brake: deep four-sided parts can be withdrawn without special tooling.
The ram approaches at 200 mm/s, bends at 0-10 mm/s and returns at 180 mm/s on a 7.5 kW (10.1 hp) motor. Accurl lists a Siemens efficiency motor of class IE3 and a stand-by function for the drive.
Standard equipment in the catalogue is a DELEM DA-66T control with 2D graphics, CNC motorized wave crowning and a BGA-2 backgauge for the X and R axes. The table gives the backgauge stroke as 800 mm (31.5 in).
Footprint is modest. The machine is listed at 3,650 mm (143.7 in) long, 1,800 mm (70.9 in) wide and 2,830 mm (111.4 in) high, so it fits where a three-metre brake would crowd the aisle.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 300 mm (11.8 in) stroke and 550 mm (21.7 in) daylight on a 2,500 mm (98.4 in) machine
- Fast ram: 200 mm/s approach and 180 mm/s return
- Lowest weight of the series at 8,000 kg (17,637 lb)
- CNC motorized wave crowning and a DELEM DA-66T control are listed as standard
- 7.5 kW (10.1 hp) motor of efficiency class IE3
Limitations
- Bending length ends at 2,500 mm (98.4 in); three-metre sheet needs the EURO GENIUS B32110H
- Standard backgauge is the two-axis BGA-2; Z1 and Z2 come with the optional BGA-4
- 1,100 kN is the lowest capacity in the table

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Accurl lists approximate dimensions of 3,650 mm (143.7 in) in length, 1,800 mm (70.9 in) in width and 2,830 mm (111.4 in) in height, with a weight of 8,000 kg (17,637 lb).
02
The limits are the 300 mm (11.8 in) stroke and the 550 mm (21.7 in) daylight opening, less the height of punch and die. Accurl promotes the series on large open height, large stroke and large throat depth.
03
A BGA-2 for the X and R axes, given in the catalogue with X=800mm and R=200mm. A BGA-4 for X, R, Z1 and Z2 and a BGA-6 are listed as optional equipment.
04
The standard control is a DELEM DA-66T CNC unit with 2D graphics, with Delem Profile-TL offline software. A DELEM DA69T or ModEva Premium is offered as optional equipment.
