Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Dener XL 60320 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Dener XL 60320 is a six-metre hydraulic press brake rated at 320 ton, the second of four force levels in the long-bed Smart XL group. Bending length is 6,050 mm (238.2 in).
Between this model and the XL 60220 the table shows a clear step in the hydraulics and a small one in the opening. The main motor is 30 kW (40.2 hp) and the oil tank 400 lt. Daylight grows to 650 mm, although the stroke stays at 350 mm. Weight rises to 23,100 kg (50,926 lb).
Speed is the trade. The ram approaches at 80 mm/sec and returns at 80 mm/sec, with 10 mm/sec in the bend. For six-metre parts that are loaded by crane or by two people, handling time dominates anyway.
Where does it fit? Medium plate at full length, and thicker material on shorter parts placed between the 5,100 mm of frame spacing. The throat depth is 450 mm, so wide plates that must enter the throat are better served by the XL 60400 with its 600 mm.
As with all XL sizes, the listed standard equipment is an X, R backgauge, an ESA 640 2D control and manual crowning.
