Price estimate
We do not have a price for the Dener DD-M-4015 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Dener DD-M-4015 is the smallest of Dener's servo electric press brakes: 40 ton over a 1,530 mm (60.2 in) bending length, with no hydraulic oil anywhere in the machine. Dener describes the series as 100% electric.
Small servo brakes are bought for pace, and this one has the highest ram speeds of the DD-M table. Approach and return are both 170 mm/sec, and bending speed is 20 mm/sec. Add the 300 mm stroke and the 660 mm between the tables, and the machine handles deep small parts without the ram being the slow step.
The frame is an O-frame. Dener says this allows full-length bending between the side frames, so the whole 1,530 mm is usable for a part that passes through. There is no throat row in the table for that reason.
A 21-inch ESA 875 W 3D control, four axes (Y1, Y2, X, R) and a DSP front laser safety system are standard. Crowning, manual or automatic, is on the options list, as are Delem DA 66T and DA 69T controls.
The drive motor is 11 kW (14.8 hp) and the electrical system is 380 V three-phase. At 4,600 kg (10,141 lb) and 2,660 mm long, it fits where a larger brake would not.

Strengths & Limitations
Strengths
- 170 mm/sec approach and return, the fastest in the DD-M series
- Bending speed of 20 mm/sec
- 300 mm stroke and 660 mm between the tables on a small machine
- All-electric drive with an 11 kW (14.8 hp) motor and no hydraulic oil
- ESA 875 W 21-inch 3D control is standard
Limitations
- 40 ton over 1,530 mm limits the work to light parts
- Crowning is optional equipment
- Standard backgauge has X and R only; Z1 and Z2 belong to optional gauges
