We do not have a price for the Baykal APHS HYBRID 41300 that we can stand behind, so we show no number. Configuration, options and installation move the final price a long way: a quote is the reliable figure.
Overview
The Baykal APHS HYBRID 41300 tops Baykal's hybrid table: 300 Tons of bending force on the 4,100 mm (161.4 in) bed. Baykal's product page describes the series as going up to 4100 mm and up to 300 tons, and this is the model that has both.
Like its shorter counterpart it is built on the larger frame. Stroke is 320 mm (12.6 in) and throat gap 500 mm (19.7 in). The daylight opening is 635 mm (25 in), a little less than the 660 mm (26 in) of the APHS HYBRID 31300.
Size brings the slowest standard speeds in the table, 140 mm/s for approach and return and 7 mm/s for working. With the H+Package those return to 200 mm/s and 10 mm/s. On heavy plate the working speed matters less than it seems, since the bend itself is short, but on a machine that will also run lighter jobs the package is worth pricing.
What stands out for a brake of this capacity is the oil charge: 2x55 L, with 2x9.2 kW of rated power. Baykal's energy and oil claims for the hybrids rest on this arrangement of two small servo-driven units that run only during the bend.
Practical points are left open by the data sheet. It gives no weight, no bed height, no table width and no foundation data, all of which matter for a 300 Tons machine. The backgauge is the series unit, with 750 mm (29.5 in) of X range at 350 mm/s and 160 mm (6.3 in) of R range at 240 mm/s; heavy plates may call for more robust gauging, so discuss it.

- Highest capacity in the hybrid table: 300 Tons over 4,100 mm (161.4 in)
- 320 mm (12.6 in) stroke and 500 mm (19.7 in) throat gap
- 635 mm (25 in) daylight opening
- Oil capacity of 2x55 L on a 300 Tons machine
- H+Package brings approach and return back to 200 mm/s
Limitations
- Standard approach and return of 140 mm/s and working speed of 7 mm/s
- Daylight opening is below the 660 mm (26 in) of the APHS HYBRID 31300
- No weight, bed height or foundation data in the data sheet
- Backgauge travel is the same 750 mm (29.5 in) as on the smallest model

Frequently Asked Questions
01
It has 300 Tons of bending force and a 4,100 mm (161.4 in) bending length, the largest values in Baykal's hybrid table. Stroke is 320 mm (12.6 in), daylight opening 635 mm (25 in) and throat gap 500 mm (19.7 in).
02
The standard figures are 140 mm/s approach, 7 mm/s working and 140 mm/s return. With the optional H+Package Baykal lists 200 mm/s approach and return and a 10 mm/s working speed.
03
Length and daylight. The APHS HYBRID 31300 is 3,100 mm (122 in) long with a 660 mm (26 in) daylight opening; this model is 4,100 mm (161.4 in) with 635 mm (25 in). Force, stroke, throat gap and speeds are the same.
04
The table lists 2x55 L, with 2x9.2 kW of rated power. Baykal promotes the hybrid series on 60% less oil and 60% energy saving compared with its standard hydraulic press brakes; those figures are the maker's claims.
