Overview
A shaft lathe for work around a metre long, the Accuway UT-300L stretches the UT-300 to 1,250 mm (49.2 in) of Z travel. Maximum turning length is 1,180 mm (46.5 in) in the A2-8 spindle columns and 1,100 mm (43.3 in) in the A2-11 columns, at a turning diameter of 500 mm (19.7 in).
The longer bed brings the weight to 6,000 kg (13,228 lb), against 5,500 kg (12,125 lb) for the UT-300, and the footprint grows to 4 x 1.8 x 1.8 m (157.5 x 70.9 x 70.9 in).
